Twenty-four adult male domestic rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) were used, where three experimental groups, G1, G2, and G3, were assigned and provided escalating dosages of Topik80 EC for a duration of four weeks, while one group served as the control group and received distilled water. The morphometric characteristics, including weight, length, breadth, and thickness, of the testicles were evaluated. Histological examinations were performed on the testicular specimens, which were subjected to staining procedures using the Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) technique, as well as Azan's trichrome staining method.
